DISPATCH TIMES

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All order cutoff times are UK time.

Standard shipping: Order before 10am and we aim to dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 10am, or during busy periods, will normally be dispatched the following working day.

Special Delivery: Order before 11:30am Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Royal Mail 24 and 48 delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Special Delivery’s next-working-day guarantee excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders dispatched on Friday are normally guaranteed for Monday, unless Monday is a bank holiday. Some remote postcodes have later delivery times or longer delivery schedules.
