If, after purchasing from Punky Pins there is some reason why you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch. We have a returns policy which applies up until 7 days after purchase as outlined below:

Personalised items (name necklaces etc), are NON REFUNDABLE. Please take care when ordering these items paticularly when choosing colours, fonts, and spelling of names, as after purchasing you will not be entitled to a refund. Other items that are non refundable are clearly stated within the item description.

Non personalised items - Please return items in their original condition to the address below. Include your order number, email address; and if applicable details of what you would like in exchange. Please note we can not refund earrings for hygiene reasons.

All returns must be received within 7 days of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to return the item(s) to us and are advised to use a recorded service to ensure it reaches us safely. If you are returning items for a refund, your account will be credited within 5 days of us receiving it. Items which you wish to return after the 7 days, can not be processed.

Please note that postage costs are non refundable, and return postage is the buyers responsibility.
